Berlin what to eat
Berlin courtyards are full of surprises… In one of them we found a restaurant housed in a nineteenth century brewery. The owner, Ludwig Cramer-Klettz, “found” the name in Peru where he met a shaman with an orange cat. This encounter also had a significant impact on the kind of food he serves and its preparation.
The ingredients used in the kitchen are grown and produced with a total respect for humans, animals and plants. Although the menu changes often, we can assure you that all the dishes are excellent.
The filet steak tartar served on a parsley salad is a knockout, and so are the shrimps in a delicate tomato and young pea broth! While for dessert, the lavender cheesecake with peaches and caramel ice cream is an unforgettable experience.
